Welcome to Mrs. Koth's Class!

The students and I are expecting to have a fun and exciting year! We have many things that we will be learning about in fourth grade. Some of the things that we will be focusing on are Michigan history, geography, economics, reading, writing, math, matter, ecosystems, The Solar System, and much more.

The students will have the opportunity to go to State Park this year to do water quality testing. Their results will determine if the water quality of the lagoon. We will also have the pleasure of going to State Park to learn about waterfowl, birds of prey, and habitats. Students will be going on an ecology hike, which will allow them to explore the winter wetland with a naturalist guide. The fourth graders are looking forward to many field trips this year that support what they are learning in their curriculum.
